what does she need?

what does she crave?

how can i love her?

how can i support her?

how can i ask for help?

how can i be vulnerable?

how can i stand in my truth?

how can i stand in my power?

how can i soften more?

how can i allow more in?

how can i become nothing again?

how can i welcome all that is meant for me?

my mind becomes flooded with questions

i want to give her so much

i can only remind myself to slow down

approach one thing at a time
